Terms and DefinitionsFor the purposes of these Rules, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Exhibition Event — a pre-arranged event for the demonstration of products, services, and information, held within a specified timeframe and frequency, including related conferences, seminars, round tables, and other business events.

Exhibition Complex — a designated territory with buildings and structures intended for holding exhibition events.
●
Exhibitor — a legal entity or individual representing goods or services at an exhibition.
●
Exhibit — a sample, object, or information presented by an Exhibitor for public demonstration at an Exhibition Event using exhibition equipment.
●
Exposition — a common area intended for the placement and demonstration of exhibits at an Exhibition Event.
●
Exhibition Event Personnel — employees, volunteers, or third parties authorized or engaged by the Organizer to prepare and conduct the Event, including security and public order services.
●
Visitor — an individual attending an exhibition for the purpose of viewing the exposition, conducting negotiations, and concluding business agreements.
1. INTRODUCTION1.1. These Rules are established to ensure the safe and comfortable stay of Visitors at Exhibition Events.
1.2. These Rules define the procedure for admitting Visitors to the territory of the Exhibition Complex to attend Exhibition Events (hereinafter —
the Event) organized by the Limited Liability Partnership “Astana-Expo KS”” Exhibition Company (hereinafter —
the Organizer), and establish mandatory rules of conduct for Visitors.
1.3. The visiting rules established by the administration of the Exhibition Complex shall apply insofar as they do not contradict these Rules.
1.4. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Rules at its discretion without prior notice to Visitors.
2. ADMISSION TO THE EVENT2.1. To access the territory of the Exhibition Complex and attend the Event, Visitors must pass access control through turnstile groups installed at locations designated by the Organizer and the Exhibition Complex administration and, if required, undergo personal inspection, including inspection of hand luggage and personal belongings, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.2. Admission to the Event is granted on the basis of a personal Visitor badge in electronic or printed form, generated upon completion of the registration procedure by filling out an electronic questionnaire. The badge contains the Visitor’s first and last name and, if applicable, the name of the organization and position.
2.3. The badge is valid for the entire duration of the Event.
2.4. Badges for mass media representatives are issued by Exhibition Event personnel after completion of the accreditation procedure and presentation of a valid journalist identification.
2.5. Transfer of the badge to third parties is prohibited. The Organizer and Event personnel have the right to verify the compliance of the data indicated on the badge with the Visitor’s identity document.
3. AGE RESTRICTIONS3.1. Attendance at Events is permitted only for persons aged 16 and over. Attendance with children, including infants and preschool-age children, is prohibited. Entry to and presence within the Event territory with baby strollers or children’s strollers is not permitted. No exceptions apply.
3.2. Age restrictions are обусловлены профессиональным характером Event, the intended purpose of exhibits and materials for an adult audience, as well as requirements for personal safety and protection of Visitors’ health.
4. REGISTRATION, PAYMENT, AND USE OF PROMO CODES4.1. Attendance at the Event and related conferences, seminars, round tables, and other business events may be subject to a fee in accordance with the conditions established by the Organizer.
4.2. Visitor registration for participation in the Event is carried out exclusively through the Organizer’s official registration website —
digital-aex.com. Registration via other websites, platforms, instant messengers, social networks, or third parties is not official and does not create obligations for the Organizer.
4.3. The cost of attending the Event is:
4.3.1. Pre-registration — 5,000 (five thousand) tenge;
4.3.2. Registration during the Event, including online registration and registration at the Exhibition Complex — 10,000 (ten thousand) tenge.
4.4. Payment for participation may be made:
— during online registration — by bank transfer;
— during the Event — in cash and/or non-cash form.
4.5. Online payments are processed via the TipTop Pay Kazakhstan payment system using bank cards.
4.6. By making a payment, the User confirms acceptance of the public offer and privacy policy of TipTop Pay Kazakhstan, as well as these Rules.
4.7. When making an online payment, the User may optionally provide an email address to receive an electronic receipt by selecting the appropriate checkbox in the payment form. If the checkbox is not selected, the electronic receipt will not be sent.
4.8. The Organizer may issue promo codes providing a discounted price or a 100% discount for receiving a badge.
4.9. Promo codes are valid from the opening of Event registration and may be used during the pre-registration period and on the first and second days of the Event.
4.10. Promo codes are not valid on the third day of the Event and cannot be used for registration or payment regardless of registration method or payment form.
4.11. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of use, suspend, or disable promo codes without prior notice.
4.12. Promo codes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly determined by the Organizer.
4.14. Registration, payment, and/or application of a promo code constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules by the Visitor.
4.15. A paid badge is personal, valid for the duration of the Event, and may not be transferred to third parties.
4.16. The Organizer shall not be liable for a Visitor’s inability to attend the Event due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, including registration errors, technical failures, badge loss, or violation of these Rules.
5. RULES OF CONDUCT5.1. Visitors must observe public order on the territory of the Exhibition Complex, adjacent areas, and exposition zones, and comply with lawful requirements of the Organizer and Exhibition Complex administration.
5.2.
Visitors are prohibited from:5.2.1. Bringing firearms, gas or cold weapons, explosives, flammable materials, pyrotechnics, toxic, poisonous, or corrosive substances into the Event territory.
5.2.2. Bringing, consuming, or being under the influence of alcohol, narcotic, psychotropic, or toxic substances.
5.2.3. Engaging in behavior inconsistent with the business nature of the Event or generally accepted professional etiquette.
5.2.4. Performing actions that threaten property, life, or health, or interfere with Event safety.
5.2.5. Organizing unauthorized rallies, demonstrations, advertising activities, flash mobs, or trading.
5.2.6. Distributing advertising or informational materials without written consent of the Organizer.
5.2.7. Touching exhibits without permission of the relevant Exhibitor.
5.2.8. Leaving minors unattended on the Event territory.
5.2.9. Using bicycles, scooters, roller skates, or similar vehicles or sports equipment.
5.2.10. Engaging in begging, littering, or appearing in a manner that may contaminate Visitors or exhibits.
5.2.11. Entering the Event territory with animals.
5.2.12. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and tobacco-heating devices, except in designated areas.
5.3. Any unattended or suspicious items must be immediately reported to Event personnel.
5.4. Visitors must familiarize themselves with evacuation plans posted at Event entrances.
5.5. In emergencies, Visitors must follow instructions of the Organizer or Exhibition Complex staff.
6. LIABILITY6.1. The Organizer or Event personnel may deny access to or remove a Visitor from the Event territory in the following cases:
6.1.1. Absence of a valid badge;
6.1.2. Refusal to undergo access control or inspection;
6.1.3. Attempt to bring prohibited items;
6.1.4. Violation of public order or engagement in begging;
6.1.5. Failure to comply with these Rules or lawful requirements of Event personnel.
6.2. Visitors committing unlawful acts may be transferred to law enforcement authorities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6.3. Any material damage caused to the Organizer, Exhibition Complex, or Exhibitors shall be compensated by the Visitor in accordance with applicable law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
