Kazakhstan Security Systems 2021 is a key event in the field of security in Kazakhstan and Central Asia

On October 28-29, 2021, Nur-Sultan hosted the VII International Security Exhibition and Conference Kazakhstan Security Systems - a key business event in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, presenting modern developments and technologies in the field of security. Once again, the exhibition confirmed the status of an important platform for communication, allowing customers and suppliers of security tools to find each other, build an effective dialogue and come to the right solutions. The visitors were most interested in a special exhibition, in which 25 partners presented the latest developments in six aspects of security: video surveillance, perimeter security and access control, cybersecurity, Smart Building systems, national and fire safety. This year Kazakhstan Security Systems was held in a hybrid format. The exhibition was visited by 875 specialists from 26 cities of Kazakhstan, while the online broadcast of the business program gathered over 5 thousand views in two days. 43 international and Kazakhstani speakers presented their reports within the framework of five industry conferences. The business program of the exhibition started with the "Republican Conference on improving anti-terrorist protection measures for objects vulnerable to terrorism and countering terrorist threats", traditionally held under the patronage of the Anti-Terrorist Center of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The conference discussed threats to national and regional security, sectoral approaches to the protection of facilities, as well as features of the protection of educational facilities. During the discussions at the conference "Safe City. Smart City" discussed topical issues of digitalization of cities, ensuring the safety of schools and critical urban infrastructure facilities. Another key event of the first day of the exhibition was the conference "Transport Safety". During the discussions, issues of ensuring the safety of transport facilities were touched upon: number recognition systems, video surveillance, anti-drone systems, comprehensive analysis of passenger data, etc. Among the speakers of the forum: Dmitry Taranko (SITA), Alexander Beresnev (Rohde & Schwarz), Damir Berdibekov (Axis Communications), Almas Kumbasov (Dahua Technology). Personal data security is the main topic of discussions at the leading IT conference "Cyber&Digital Security". The moderator of the conference was Denis Stepantsev (Digital Kazakhstan Association). The first part of the conference was devoted to the state's strategy in the field of data protection, problems and opportunities in the field of regulation.
