From May 20 to 21, 2026, MinTech 2026 was held in Ust-Kamenogorsk at the B. Alexandrov Sports Palace. MinTech 2026 is an international exhibition of equipment and technologies for industrial enterprises and a key industry platform for the East Kazakhstan region.
Over two days, the exhibition brought together equipment manufacturers, suppliers of technological solutions and representatives of the region’s largest industrial enterprises, confirming MinTech’s status as the main point of attraction for industry dialogue and the development of industrial cooperation in East Kazakhstan.

The exhibition featured 43 companies, covering the full range of needs of the manufacturing sector: from mining and metalworking equipment to energy, industrial safety solutions and digital platforms.

Leading industry companies presented their solutions. Among them were TechnoAnalit and CCS Services – Central Asia with X-ray and analytical equipment for ore and metal control; Gormash Vostok and Kazakhstan Industrial Enterprise with mining and pumping equipment for extraction and processing; ESAB, CHIRON, Keruen Tech Trade and Force Machinery with welding and metalworking technologies, CNC machines and compressor equipment.
The energy and electrical engineering segment was represented by EKRA Kazakhstan, NPP Bresler, Schneider Electric, KMG Automation and EM Kabel. Solutions for lifting equipment and access systems were presented by Kazpromkran, ULS Asia and Layher, while digital platforms, engineering software and 3D scanning were showcased by AG Tech, CAD.KZ and Exametra. A separate block included industrial safety solutions and chemical technologies for mineral processing from GK Energokontrakt, Flotent Chemicals, Su Arnasy-Service and many others.
The General Partner of the exhibition was Flotent Chemicals, an international manufacturer of chemical reagents for mining, mineral processing, metallurgy and industrial wastewater treatment.

Visitors explored the exhibition, held direct negotiations with suppliers, studied new equipment and outlined modernization projects for the coming year.

A key content pillar of the exhibition was its extensive business programme, which included 13 business and educational sessions and brought together more than 100 professional attendees. Its overarching theme was “Systematic Implementation of Innovations — Industry 4.0”.

The first day opened with a specialized working session featuring real case studies from subsoil users and technology partners. In the technology and IT sections, experts presented solutions for the digital transformation of production, including Smart Field, Digital Factory, Smart Substation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, industrial IoT and cybersecurity. Presentations were delivered by AG Tech, EKRA Kazakhstan, NPP Bresler, Flotent Chemicals, ISB Engineering, CAD.KZ, Schneider Electric, STALBAU Machine-Building Plant and others.
The highlight of the first day was the round table “Generative Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities, Application Practices and Industry Readiness”, where experts discussed practical scenarios for applying generative AI in industry and assessed the sector’s readiness for its implementation.

The second day was dedicated to the Digital Competence professional development programme. Participants completed modules on relay protection and digital substations based on the IEC 61850 standard by NPP Bresler, industrial facility engineering infrastructure management by ISB Engineering, and the fundamentals of 3D scanning for engineers by CAD.KZ. The training programme included certificates issued by practicing experts.

A separate highlight of the exhibition was an exclusive industrial tour for participants to leading enterprises of Ust-Kamenogorsk: Ulba Metallurgical Plant JSC, Ust-Kamenogorsk Capacitor Plant LLP and Ust-Kamenogorsk HPP LLP.
